- Dubai : Products purchased before 12noon will be dispatched within 24 hours, orders placed after 12noon will be dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. If you would like to send these items abroad please contact us for shipping charges.
We deliver Sunday to Thursday during normal business hours but also offer express same-day and weekend deliveries for a small surcharge.
Please provide us with your descriptive physical delivery address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes in United Arab Emirates. The courier representative will call before the delivery to make sure you, or a designated recipient, are available. - Privacy & Security
- Good Ideas respects your privacy. Your personal information will not be shared with, sold or disclosed to third parties. It may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Good Ideas Terms and Conditions or as otherwise required by law. We will only use your personal information to process your orders, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement and contact, Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us.
The security of your personal information is important to us. Your Good Ideas account information is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords and or other account information pertaining to the Good Ideas website. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) for registration Good Ideas encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Good Ideas follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once Good Ideas receives it. There is no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While Good Ideas strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. - Returns & Exchange
- We at Good Ideas are aware of the difference between shopping online to a conventional store and take great pride in the quality of our products. We make sure that every item is checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the rare event that a fault or damage is overlooked, Good Ideas will happily exchange or offer you a cash refund. Faulty or damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. However, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange pickup. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. - Out of Stock Items
- We do our best to keep sufficient stock of our products to cater to your orders. However should we run out of stock we will contact you immediately to notify when the item is available, propose an alternative product or offer you a full refund.

1) Credit Card
You may pay for the items which you order online via Credit Card through our secured online order form. This mode offers a more efficient payment approach and allows us to process your order faster.
Please do not send us payment information using email as we cannot guarantee the security of data when sent to us by email.
2) Cash On Delivery
We offer this option to our clients based in Dubai. We will collect the payment plus a minimal surcharge directly from you. If you select this option, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a suitable time for delivery of items and collection of payment. Cash on Delivery service is available only from Sunday to Thursday and not on Fridays and public holidays. - Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, we request that you do this within 24 hours of the time you placed the order. If the items are not delivered within the time period specified in our confirmation email, please contact us.

- Good Ideas reserves the right to revise our Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
